A prominent Massachusetts fish mogul has been charged with smuggling seafood.
According to police, Carlos Rafael, 64, also known at "The Codfather," smuggled cash and fish out of the country.
Rafael owns "Carlos Seafood," which is based in New Bedford.
It is one of the biggest commercial fishing businesses in the US.
