The MBTA it looking for ways to consolidate commute time.
It’s planning to eliminate some Green Line T stops in hopes of moving trolleys along faster.
The T wants to consolidate four stops on the B branch.
Officials want to combine the BU West and Saint Paul Street stops, as well as the Babcock Street and Pleasant Street stops.
The MBTA also wants to start using GPS devices to follow any problems on the line.
