Members of the Boston Police Department and Boston Fire Department faced off Sunday to raise money for local hospitals.
The game was the first charity basketball match between the two departments. The teams played each other at Catholic Memorial School in West Roxbury.
Proceeds from A Shot for Life: Battle of the Badges will go to the Massachusetts General Hospital Cancer Center and Boston Children’s Hospital.
