Boston police are investigating after one person was killed in a shooting in Roxbury on Monday morning.
Around 3:05 a.m., Boston Police responded to a call for a person shot in the area of 66 Humboldt Avenue.
Officer’s found a man who appeared to be in his 20’s suffering from an apparent gunshot wound.
The man was pronounced dead at the scene.
A second person was found a short time later, apparently suffering from a non-life threatening gunshot wound. That victim was taken to Boston Medical Center.
Officers recovered several firearms at the scene.
Officers have not said if any suspects have been identified.
