A New Hampshire man accused of abducting a teenager appeared in court on Thursday.
Nathaniel Kibby is accused of kidnapping and raping a 14-year-old girl over nine months in 2013.
The judge in the case again denied a state request to search inside Kibby’s home.
On Thursday, both sides argued over separate charges that Kibby paid for a prostitute with counterfeit money he made.
Kibby faces more than 200 charges.
