All of the suspects are Everett residents.

At around 8:30 p.m. on Wednesday, officers responded to a report of several men tying a man up and beating him on Glendale Street.

Police say they found the victim shirtless and shivering in the cold weather. Several men were standing around the victim, police said.

The men had allegedly tied a rope around the victim’s ankles and kicked him, police said. The victim told police he had traveled to the area for a sexual encounter.

The victim refused medical attention.
