A 97-year-old woman is suing after being kicked out of her California home, where she’s lived for more than 60 years.
The woman said the house was owned by a friend who promised she could live there for life.
The home now belongs to a distant relative who said the woman and her roommate have to be out in 60 days.
The inhabitants are suing for breach of contract, emotional distress, and elder abuse.
