Harvard University is dropping the word "Master" from its job titles.

This decision comes after a protest that the word is linked to slavery.

The heads of the residence halls are called "House Masters."

Ivy League Schools took the term from British schools where "Master" is short for "Headmaster."

Harvard is also considering changing its official seal, which depicts a former slave-holder.
