Firefighters were on the scene Saturday night after a fire broke out at a house in Brockton.
The fire started at a three-story house on Enterprise Street just before 9 p.m.
No one was inside, and according to fire officials, the house has been vacant for years.
More than 20 people from nearby buildings have been temporarily displaced.
The cause of the fire is under investigation.
