A driver suffered serious injuries on Wednesday night when the car he was driving on Interstate 495 in Norton crashed head-on into another car.
At around 7:25 p.m., State Police responded to a report of the head on crash.
Police say a Dodge Ram pickup truck traveling south on Interstate 495 crossed the median and struck a Nissan on the north side of the highway.
The driver of the Nissan suffered serious injuries and was taken to Rhode Island Hospital.
Police say a 35-year-old man was driving the truck.
Police are investigating the crash. No charges have been filed.
