Everett Police are searching for two suspects following an armed robbery Monday morning.

Everett Police responded to the Tedeschi’s Market on Broadway Monday morning for a report of an armed robbery.

Officers spoke with the store clerk, who was bleeding heavily from a head wound.

The clerk said two black men, one wearing a blue jacket and another wearing a red jacket, both wearing masks, entered the store and demanded money.

According to police, the suspect with the blue jacket struck the clerk with the butt of a gun and fled with an undetermined amount of money.

The clerk was transported to the Whidden Hospital for treatment of non-life threatening injuries.

Police were unable to locate the suspects during a search of the area.

Police said a BB pistol possibly used in the robbery was recovered on Summer Street.
