A new footbridge, named in honor of Myra Kraft, is now open in her hometown of Worcester.

The Myra Hiatt Kraft Footbridge officially opened Tuesday.

Kraft was the late wife of Patriots owner Robert Kraft.

He attended the dedication ceremony and spoke at the event.

Engineering students at Worcester Polytech designed the bridge and students from Worcester Technical High built it.

The Kraft family has pledged to donate $100,000 to the high school.
