Nomination Story:
Melina and Emily regularly give their time and efforts to Cradles to Crayons, an organization that helps collect clothing, books and toys for children in need in the Boston area. They are part of the “teen leaders” team, and give countless hours organizing clothing drives, speaking to audiences about the organization, and volunteering at the Giving Factory, C2C’s warehouse in Brighton. As Dave Cotugno of Cradles to Crayons says, “They are incredible girls and truly active in the community.”
