Spinach, Crab and Artichoke Dip
- 2 tsp unsalted butter
- 1/4 cup Spanish onions, minced
- 1/2 pound cream cheese
- 1/4 cup half and half
- 1/2 tsp Tabasco sauce
- 1/2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 tsp Old Bay seasoning
- 1 1/2 tsp strained horseradish
- 3/4 cup blanched and chopped spinach,
- 6 oz artichoke hearts, drained and cut into 1/16 cuts
- 8 oz canned crab meat
- 3 TBL grated Parmesan cheese
