A Plainville man police say gets people to give him money for business ventures by telling them he’s related to Michael Jackson, pleaded guilty to larceny in Natick court, and is out of jail tonight.

In May Andre Vann was charged in Natick, for convincing an aspiring Massachusetts model to spend about $2,200 on items for a photo shoot. When the shoot never happened, police charged him with larceny.

Vann was the focus of a Hank Investigates story.

The judge credited him with time served and released him, making him promise to appear in a Connecticut court this week, to face an arrest warrant on similar charges.
