A 16-year-old girl died after she was hit by a boat in Greenwich, Conn.
The girl and her friend were tubing behind a boat when their tube flipped over.
When the boat went around to get them, they were pulled into the path of the propeller. The girl’s friend is suffering from serious injuries.
