Top 10, top 5, or top 3?  When we’re debating where to place a day like today is categories like that, you know it’s going to be a good one.  Sunshine and low humidity prevail throughout the day with sea breezes kicking in during the afternoon along the coast.  Highs along the coast reach the mid to upper 70s while highs inland reach the lower to middle 80s.  Dew points drop into the 40s this afternoon, which is about as dry as an air mass gets for mid to late July.

Saturday looks good too with a sunny start, increasing clouds in the afternoon, but it’ll stay dry with temps in the lower to middle 80s.  The humidity is still in check.

Overnight Saturday and early Sunday, we may see a few showers and storms roll in, then break for some dry hours, only to see additional scattered storms later in the afternoon and evening.  While I do expect a decent chance to get some water for the second half of the weekend, again, it’s not an all-day type rain event., you’ll find some dry hours out there.  Additionally, the humidity goes back up too.  We’ll try to pin down the timing of storms as we get closer.

More showers and storms are likely on Monday.

Enjoy the lowering humidity for a couple days!
