Posted: Updated:
BOSTON (WHDH) - A special honor for two Boston firefighters killed in the Back Bay fire.

Two service dogs in training have been named in honor of Lt. Edward Walsh and Firefighter Michael Kennedy.

Their families met the dogs today.

Walsh's family named one dog Jake, which is a nickname for a good firefighter.

Kennedy's family named the other dog Rossi Boy, in honor of his hometown of Roslindale.
