CONWAY, N.H. (WHDH) - Police in Conway, New Hampshire, are asking for the public's health to help them identify what happened in the hours before missing 15-year-old Abigail Hernandez was reunited with her family.

Police say Hernandez was wearing a grey striped shirt, black pants and carrying a National Guard backpack when she was reunited with her family Sunday night.

Police are asking for anyone who may have seen her Sunday night to call them at (603) 356-5715.

Police have not said if they know why Hernandez disappeared for 9 months, who she was with or where she went and say they are still involved in an active criminal investigation.
