Actor Jason Biggs is receiving criticism for making a joke about Malaysia Airlines in a tweet on Thursday.
He wrote: “Anyone wanna buy my Malaysian Airlines frequent flier miles?”
After followers started criticizing the joke, he wrote: “The idea that I wouldn’t have empathy for the victims or their families because I make a joke is absolutely ridiculous.You know that right?”
The American Pie star has since deleted the messages and apologized to anyone he offended.
