TAUNTON, Mass. (WHDH) -

A man accused of robbing two banks over the weekend has been arrested, according to police.

67-year-old Robert Augustine was arrested after he was pulled over for failing to signal for a turn. The officer recognized him from the surveillance video and took a photo to compare it.

Investigators confirmed his ID and then took him into custody at his home.

Augustine is accused in robbing the Easton Bank in Taunton and then a Santander in Raynham 15 minutes apart.

Police said he had planned to rob a third bank in Taunton but left when he saw an officer.
