There was a busy breeze for sure, but what an end to the weekend with highs in the lower to middle 80s, tons of sunshine and low humidity!  Despite the washout on the Fourth, I hope you were able to enjoy the rest of the weekend.

While low humidity lingers into this evening, the humidity does start to creep up overnight, and tomorrow, you’ll notice the difference as dew points rise into the lower to middle 60s.  That, and temps increasing into the upper 80s, will make for a very warm summer’s day.  If you’re heading to the beach, expect quite a bit of sunshine, a bit of a breeze and a moderate risk for rip currents.  There’s a slight risk of a storm north and west of 495 late in the day, but the best set-up for more widespread storms tends to favor western New England.

Humidity continues to build for Tuesday and Wednesday with dew points near 70 and highs near 90.  There’s only a 20% storm risk Tuesday and 30% Wednesday, so much of the time is dry if you have beach plans, just keep an eye to the sky in the afternoon for the slight risk of a passing storm.  The higher risk of storms will once again be the farther north and west one travels (Berkshires/Manadnocks/Lakes Region).

Lower humidity returns to end the week, with plenty of sun Friday and Saturday.  We’ll track a front that may bring a few showers/storms Sunday afternoon, but timing that front this far out may change.
