Cliff rescue in Washington State caught on camera

Posted: Updated:
UNDATED (NBC) - A hiker found himself stuck on a cliff above a lake in Washington State on Monday.

He managed to call 911, but told authorities he was afraid he wouldn't be able to hold onto the ledge long enough for ground crews to save him.

That is when the helicopter rescue team jumped into action.

The rescue was all caught on camera. Watch the video above.
