A woman accused of making a dangerous driving decision in carver appeared in court Monday.
Police say, they found Jennifer Bangs drunk and asleep behind the wheel of a parked car Saturday night with two children asleep in the back seat.
Someone reported that the car had been pulling into and out of the driveway.
Bangs is charged with operating under the influence and two counts of child endangerment.
