“Phil? Hey, Phil? Phil! Phil Connors? Phil Connors, I thought that was you!“
Ok, while it may not be February 2nd, it’s starting to fell like Groundhog Day, the movie of course, in it’s own way. Seems like every day I wake up and go to work, the forecast is the same. Cool, crisp overnights and mild afternoons with low humidity, and when this happens to occur in the middle to the end of June, you end up with a fantastic stretch of weather.
All good things must come to an end, and our low humidity air, and rain-free forecast will close out soon. Although, at this point, the lawns, flowers and gardens could use a good soaking. We’ll find that opportunity Wednesday, late in the afternoon, Wednesday night, and even into Thursday. You’ll also note the humidity barging back in here by Wednesday too with dew point levels heading toward 70!
The pattern favors a mainly dry forecast Friday, through next weekend again, although not quite as cool, or low humidity as what we’ve just experienced. While I don’t have 90 yet on the 7 day forecast, we may get close to it at some point next week.
