Police responded to the scene of the crash on Hampton Road around 4:30 p.m. on Sunday afternoon.

Police said Monday that they also have cited Bickoff for allegedly driving with a suspended license, speeding, and a marked lane violation in connection with the death.

Bickoff will be summoned later to appear in court. His driving license has been revoked. It is not immediately known if he has a lawyer.

Authorities said Cremer, a Simmons College student, was struck near the intersection of Hampton and Dogwood roads after stopping to talk with someone.

Cremer's uncle Steven Litner told The Boston Globe she was a selfless, supportive person whose death "shakes the boundaries of my faith."
Cremer, who was out for a jog with her dog, was transported by ambulance to Norwood Hospital, where she was later pronounced dead.

The vehicle had visible damage where it struck her.

"Haley was incredibly hard working and put 100 percent of herself into everything she did, she had dreams of studying abroad,” a statement from Simmons College said.

Local and state police, along with the District Attorney's office are investigating the incident.
