Police looking for Stoughton bank robber

STOUGHTON, Mass. (WHDH) - Police are looking for a man they said robbed a bank in Stoughton on Thursday.

Officials said that the person pictured in surveillance photo robbed the South Shore Savings Bank in Stoughton.

The suspect was identified as a black male, approximately 5 foot 11 inches or 6 feet tall with a medium build. At the time of the robbery, he was wearing a white jogging suit, a black baseball hat, dark sunglasses, clear plastic gloves and a bandana.

The suspect fled on foot and entered a black 4-door vehicle, possibly a Dodge Charger.

Police are asking anybody with information to contact Det. Sgt. Welch at the Stoughton Police Department at (781) 344-2575.
