Hernandez lawyers want hard drive taken from his home

Posted: Updated:
BOSTON (WHDH) - Lawyers for former New England Patriot and accused killer Aaron Hernandez are trying to get access to a computer hard drive that police seized from his home surveillance system as part of the investigation into the death of Odin Llyod.

His lawyers were given a copy of the drive but they say their videos skip with no explanation.

They want to inspect the original hard drive to make sure the copy they have is the same as the original.
