The prosecution’s star witness will be back on the stand today for a sixth day of testimony in the trial of Seth Mazzaglia.
Kathryn McDonough was the girlfriend of the 31-year-old man charged with raping and killing a University of New Hampshire college student and throwing her body in a river.
Kathryn McDonough reportedly lured 19-year-old Elizabeth “Lizzi” Marriott, of Westborough, Massachusetts, to their apartment.
McDonough says Mazzaglia wanted another woman in their sexual relationship. McDonough testified that Mazzaglia killed Marriott on Oct. 9, 2012 after she twice rejected his sexual advances. Marriott’s body has not been found.
