BOSTON (WHDH) -
A bail hearing is underway at this hour for an acquaintance of the Marathon bombing suspects. Khairullozhon Matanov was charged last week with deleting computer files and lying to bombing investigators.
Matanov, 23, could be released following a bail hearing. He has been in jail since his arrest last week.
Authorities said Matanov took Tamerlan and Dzhokhar Tsarnaev to dinner in the hours following the attack and lied to police about how well he knew them.
Matanov faces federal charges of obstructing justice.
