A damp and cool start to the weekend breaks for better and better weather as the weekend rolls on.  Clouds and sprinkles early this morning tend to break for some sun late morning and in the afternoon.  Despite the sunshine returning, it’ll still be a cool day, upper 50s at the coast to mid 60s inland.

Graduation party? Tee time? Ball game?  I wouldn’t be too concerned with rain as most of the instability slides to the western half of the state by midday, meaning most midday and afternoon showers are west, in fact, mostly west of even Worcester.

Sunday looks fantastic as high pressure builds in and temps warm to near 70 at the coast before any sea breeze kicks in, to mid to upper 70s inland.  How about 80s?  Sure, we can do that on Monday with sunshine and low humidity.

A few showers are possible Tuesday afternoon, although we’re more likely to see scattered showers and thunderstorms Wednesday and rain on Thursday.

We’ll deal with that when we get there.  Until then, enjoy the weekend!
