A woman who saw the body of 19-year-old Lizzi Marriott took the stand in New Hampshire.
Roberta Gerkin said she and her boyfriend were called to Seth Mazzaglia’s apartment after Marriott’s death.
Prosecutors say Gerkin found the body, cut several plastic bags from Marriott’s head and saw a mark on her neck.
Mazzaglia is accused of raping and killing Lizzi Marriott after she rejected his sexual advances.
