The full indictment has been released in the wake of the Khairullozhon Matanov arrest on Friday.
Matanov, 23, is charged with one count of destroying, altering, and falsifying records, documents and tangible objects in a federal investigation, specifically information on his computer. He is also charged with making materially false, fictitious, and fraudulent statements in a federal terrorism investigation.
