ATTLEBORO, Mass. (WHDH) - Attleboro police arrested a man after they were called for a disturbance and found underage kids drinking.

The man, 32-year-old John Silveira, lives in the home, and faces 11 charges involving underage girls he is accused of inappropriately touching. He is being held at the Attleboro Police Department.

Police said the party got out of hand, and that there were between seven to 10 people, all underage, inside the home.

"I think it's disgusting, and I believe it," said a neighbor.

Just before midnight, officers said, Silveira exposed himself to teens, then took it further.

Neighbors called 911 after the teens fought back, bruising the man.

Police said the teens bolted and were running everywhere, and that they found Silveira passed out on a couch.

He is expected to be arraigned Tuesday.
