BELMONT, Mass. (WHDH) -
Flames tore through a three-family home on Marlborough Street in Belmont early Wednesday morning.
Fire officials responded to the 3-alarm blaze at around 12:30 a.m., where heavy fire had started on the third floor.
At one point, firefighters were ordered out of the building after the roof partially collapsed onto the third floor. The fire also spread to a car parked in the driveway as well as two adjacent buildings.
No one was hurt.
The building is considered a total loss, with a partial roof collapse and a rear porch collapse.
The American Red Cross is now helping the four people who were affected by the fire.
