Man sought in Fall River turtle theft

Fall River, Mass. (WHDH) - The Fall River Police Department is asking for the public's assistance in identifying a man they say stole a turtle.

The man captured in surveillance video allegedly hid in the Fall River Public Library until it was closed. He then stole the a 13-year-old turtle named Franklin, who is valued at approximately $80.

He is wanted for larceny.
