LOS ANGELES (WHDH) -

Monday night was twice as nice for Hanson native Kristen Merlin who performed two songs on “The Voice.”

Merlin started the show with Miranda Lambert’s “Gunpowder and Lead” then she sang Jewel’s “Foolish Games.”

Afterward, she spoke about her chances of moving on in the competition.

“It’s nerve-wracking because watching this whole night unfold again was an epic night. Everyone kept going and bringing more to the table and it was mind-blowing to sit back and watch. It’s a happy moment for me to be a part of this, I hope I can keep going because I’m not done yet. I have more to give,” Merlin said.

The top 3 will be announced tonight on 7NBC at 8 p.m.

Two of the finalists will be announced by the judges and a third will be chosen by viewers on the show. For rules on 'The Voice' instant save click here.
