Man hit, killed by commuter rail train in Winchester

WINCHESTER, Mass. (WHDH) - A man died after being hit by a commuter rail train in Winchester around 6 a.m. Saturday.

Emergency crews responded to an area near the Winchester Center MBTA station.

MBTA Transit Police said that the male was trespassing on the track when struck by an outbound train.

A full investigation is underway.
