Two injured after SUV hits fence in Jamaica Plain

JAMAICA PLAIN, Mass. (WHDH) - Two women were seriously injured Thursday in Jamaica Plain after the car they were in jumped the curb and slammed into a fence.

The crash occurred just after 4 p.m. at the intersection of South Street and St. Mark Street near the Forest Hills MBTA stop.

Police have not released the extent of the injuries.

A construction worker nearby helped the women out of the car and an MBTA bus driver also stopped to lend a hand and check on the women.
