Woman accused of attack over dog walking business

Posted: Updated:
WAYLAND, Mass. (WHDH) - One Wayland dog walker is sharing her story after she was allegedly attacked for stealing a different dog walker’s clients.

Noreen Carson said she suffered a bloody nose, scratches on her neck and arms and a punched eye when she was attacked by 23-year-old Maria Polaskaya.

“She was on top of me. She was like ‘now you won't be able to walk a dog,’” Carson said.

Collins previously worked for a company called “Wags for Walks” she said when she left they replaced her with Polaskaya.

Then, according to Carson, the two passed each other in the park and that’s when the assault began.

“She started yelling, calling me all kinds of names, saying I’m, stealing her business,” Carson said.

Polaskaya was charged with assault and battery with a dangerous weapon for allegedly using her foot to kick Carson, she was released on bail and is due back in court in July.
