Ortiz lawyers want polygraph examiner's resume

Posted: Updated:
UNDATED (WHDH) - Carlos Ortiz, one of former Patriots player Aaron Hernandez's alleged accomplices, took a lie detector test last year, eight days after the murder of Odin Lloyd.

According to the Boston Globe, Ortiz's lawyers are now saying they need the polygraph examiner's resume in order to build their defense.

Ortiz, Hernandez and Ernest Wallace are all charged with taking part in the murder.

According to the Taunton Gazette, Ortiz is scheduled to be arraigned May 27 on a new murder charge.
