Fans react to Bruins comeback in Game 2

Posted: Updated:
BOSTON (WHDH) - After a loss in Game 1 and a tense two periods in Game 2, Bruins fans were rewarded with a win, but not before the team tested their faith.

"To be down and come back from it and stick with it was awesome, couldn't have been happier," said Cat Williams.

With the Bruins down 3-1 in the third period there were some fans who thought this season was on the brink.

"He said the game's over, we lost dad and he started to get a little disappointed," said Michael Haskell, who went to the game with his son.

Thanks to a set of goals from Dougie Hamilton, Patrice Bergeron and Reilly Smith in the third period, the boys were back. The faith in their team had been restored.

"When they tied it up, you felt the whole stadium it just lifted up, it was just incredible," said Mike Aicardi.

With this series all tied up and headed north to Montreal, fans are showing no lack of confidence in their team.

"It's gonna carry it right to Canada we take one...maybe two," said Rob Kydd.
