The government is changing some prison restrictions for the accused Boston Marathon bomber.
In a filing Wednesday prosecutors said that from now on they will station an impartial federal agent not involved with the investigation in the room where family visits Dzhokhar Tsarnaev.
They also stressed that Tsarnaev should not be allowed to speak to his family, specifically his sisters, without supervision because he could use them to transmit information to people he can't speak with.
Tsarnaev's lawyers have argued that having an agent present keeps Tsarnaev from speaking freely as they prepare for trial.
