A man is under arrest on Cape Cod after a woman accused him of threatening her and her daughter with a gun.
Yarmouth police arrested Chad Hathaway after the woman said he threatened to kill her if he saw her in his neighborhood again.
Police said Hathaway admitted to having a road rage type altercation, but denied having a gun.
Police said they did not find a gun in his truck so Hathaway will only face assault charges.
