Community says goodbye to Jeremiah Oliver

Posted: Updated:
FITCHBURG, Mass. (WHDH) - The Fitchburg community is saying goodbye to five-year-old Jeremiah Oliver.

Jeremiah's  body was discovered in Sterling on Friday. He had been missing since September but it wasn't reported until his sister told a teacher in December.

Jeremiah's mother, Elsa Oliver, pleaded not guilty in March to charges including kidnapping, assault and battery with a dangerous weapon, and reckless endangerment. Her boyfriend, Alberto Sierra, pleaded not guilty to similar charges.

The District Attorney hasn't said if more charges are coming.
