MBTA police looking for wallet thief from Red Line

DORCHESTER, Mass. (WHDH) - MBTA Transit Police are looking for a suspect who stole a wallet on a Red Line train on March 27.

According to police, at around 5:00 p.m., a female passenger dropped her wallet on a seat. The suspect intentionally sat on her wallet to conceal it when the woman attempted to retrieve it. The subject then fled the scene at the Broadway stop.
