TAUNTON, Mass. (WHDH) -
Police seized 25 grams of heroin and $2,500 in cash at a motor vehicle stop in Taunton Thursday evening.
An officer pulled over a Hyundai for motor vehicle violations and after searching the vehicle, found the heroin and cash.
The two occupants were arrested. Kevin Miles, 38, of Lakeville was charged with conspiracy to violate drug laws and knowingly being present where heroin is kept. Kevin Cambria, 29, of Taunton was charged with trafficking heroin and conspiracy to violate drug laws.
Both suspects were transported to barracks in Middleborough and will be arraigned in Taunton District Court.
