The latest study suggests there's a strong link between salt intake and teen obesity.  

Researchers found that overweight teens who consume too much salt, also showed signs of faster cell aging.

The key message: watching your salt intake, isn't just for older adults.

Experts say the easiest way to do that, is to avoid processed foods.
