Brady, Gisele expected to move to Brookline

BROOKLINE, Mass. (WHDH) - Tom Brady, Gisele Bundchen and their two kids could be moving to Brookline year-round.

TMZ is reporting that the couple put their newly finished house in Southern California up for sale at a price near $50 million.

The house, which was presented before a planning committee in 2012 and includes a separate yoga studio and cottage, was built on  5 acres of land purchased from Pine Manors College.

Nearby at the Chestnut Hill Shopping Center people are excited they might get to see the Brady bunch more often.

“I think it’s exciting. I think everyone here in Chestnut Hill is ready to welcome them full time,” Hadley Douglas said.

Others say they aren’t sure why Tom and Gisele are selling their other home, but they support the decision.

“It sounds like their committed, something changed. I don’t know what, maybe they like the lifestyle of Boston, it’s a little bit different than LA,” Sue Ellyn Idelson said.

Other members of the New England Patriots organization also live in Brookline, including owner Robert Kraft.
