Posted: Updated:
FITCHBURG, Mass. (WHDH) - Three people appeared in Fitchburg District Court Monday on charges related to the disappearance of 5-year-old Jeremiah Oliver last fall.

They were charged with interfering with a criminal investigation.

Jeremiah was reported missing in December, but friends and family say they haven’t seen the boy since September.

Elsa Oliver, Jeremiah’s mother, and her boyfriend are also charged in the boy’s disappearance.

Police have not released much information about how the men are connected to the investigation, but one of the men is the brother of Elsa Oliver's boyfriend.
